Craftsman/Technique Coach
Craftsman/Technique Coach
A Craftsman Coach is responsible for working with various IT application development teams on developing Java base solutions and continually striving for the highest quality following Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming best practices and tools to realize the full value of agile.
The ideal candidate will be able to successfully perform the following functions:
- Work with IT application development teams and be a change agent with all levels of IT and business personnel.
- Help IT application development adopt new ways of working and contribute to the company’s institutional knowledge.
- Advocate the use of agile and software engineering best practices.
- Help mentor teams on agile ways of working in producing well-crafted code.
- Support teams by helping them on simulation sessions or mentoring project teams in implementing best practices.
Process Coach
Process Coach
A Process Coach is responsible for educating on agile principles through conducting workshops and training sessions, providing the tools and coaching in order to allow the team to implement the processes into their own work.
The Process Coach must also develop and maintain a dynamic coaching plan and help educate teams on agile processes, all while searching for areas of opportunity for improvement.
Product Manager
Product Manager
The Product Manager is responsible for researching, selecting, developing, and placing products. To do this, the Product Manager must consider numerous factors such as target demographics, competition, and how well the product fits the business model and translate this understanding into Product Requirements Documents and Software Requirements Specifications.
Finally, Product Managers ensure that the resulting product is deployed successfully and meets the initial requirements.
Product Owner
Product Owner
The Product Owner is responsible for many aspects of the Product Manager position, as well as managing the product backlog to achieve the team’s desired outcome. The Product Owner is a leader responsible for understanding the competition and future tends of the domain and type of systems being developed to ensure that the team chooses the appropriate direction based on the product’s specifics.

Full-Stack Software Engineer
Full-Stack Software Engineer
The full-stack software developer is responsible for working on both the front-end and back-end development processes using a range of different languages (Java, HTML, PHP, C# to name a few) in order to develop applications.
Common responsibilities include participating in the design and creation of scalable software, writing clean, functional code, and testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues.
